The expo will feature the #67000litres Challenge by Chefs with Compassion, a charity drive aiming to create a monumental wave of compassion and nourishment. Since 2020, Mandela Day has become a beacon of unity and care, with chefs, home cooks, hotels, restaurants, culinary schools, corporates, and community caterers coming together to prepare food for the challenge. Chefs with Compassion is also Hostex 2024's official charity drive and partner.
